Customer Services Assistant
Requirements:

Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses.

Handle and resolve customer complaints

Handle returns or complaints.

Record details of customer contacts and actions taken

Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions

Refer customers to supervisors or more experienced employees
Admin Assistant
Requirements:
-
To support overall administrative works for office to ensure smooth running of daily operation.
-
Develop and maintain an effective control system of filling,records,communication and correspondences, to ensure the proper documentation & information flow.
-
Assist HOD for the full scope of general administration functions of the company, includes permits, licenses, insurances, maintenance etc.
-
Assist in the staff recruitment and selection process, including liasion with employment agencies, and other recruitment sources, co-ordinate in advertising matters & arrangement for interview appointment.

Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as wages, allowances, leave and staff medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
-
Assist in daily/weekly/monthly report generation to ensure timely submission of reports and input for month end/year end closing.

To undertake other ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time

Candidate must possess at least a SPM/O Level,Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Finance/Accountancy/Banking,Business Studies/Adminitration/Management or equivalent.

Computer Literate, well versed in Microsoft Office applications

Meticulous and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadline.
